1. Overview

Welcome to Haven Ghar. By accessing our website (https://havenghar.hashxtech.com/) and placing an order for ready-made or custom made-to-measure curtains, bed linens, and textile accessories, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Custom Made-to-Measure Orders

Bespoke curtains and custom fitted bed sheets are cut and stitched to the exact measurements specified by the customer during checkout or confirmed on WhatsApp. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the track/rod width and drop length submitted are accurate. Once production has commenced following deposit payment, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.

3. Deposits & Payment Terms

Ready-made items are eligible for 100% Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. For bespoke made-to-measure orders, a minimum 30% advance deposit is required via online bank transfer, Raast, or mobile wallet to reserve fabric before cutting. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery via Cash on Delivery.

4. Production & Delivery Timelines

Standard atelier stitching time for custom drapery is 3 to 5 business days. Nationwide courier delivery typically requires 2 to 3 business days depending on destination city. While we make every effort to meet delivery estimates, Haven Ghar is not liable for minor delays caused by courier logistics or national holidays.

5. 100% Fit Guarantee & Alterations

In the rare event that finished drapery does not match the dimensions confirmed in your signed order agreement, Haven Ghar will alter or re-stitch the panels at our expense. Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receipt with photos showing measurements against a metal tape measure.
