For sheer and linen-blend curtains, gentle cold machine wash or hand wash is recommended. For lined blackout and velvet drapes, dry cleaning ensures heading buckram and thermal coatings stay intact. Always steam iron on low heat on the reverse side.

Ready-made items dispatch within 24 to 48 hours. Custom made-to-measure curtains take 3 to 5 business days for precision stitching. Courier transit takes 2 to 3 days to major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, etc.).

Yes! Cash on Delivery is available for all ready-made collections. For custom tailored panels, we ask for a 30% advance deposit via Raast, Bank Transfer, or JazzCash to reserve fabric, with the remaining 70% balance payable on Cash on Delivery upon arrival.

If our bespoke curtains do not match the exact width, drop, or heading specifications agreed upon in your WhatsApp confirmation, we will alter or re-stitch them completely free of charge.
